Here are some of my projects past and present
My experience covers working with some of the most iconic London venues and catering companies.

St. Paul’s Cathedral
I was honoured to be asked to undertake an audit project for the prestigious events business within the Cathedral. This included understanding how the current processes worked and suggesting changes to improve efficiency, updating marketing collateral, and new systems that might save time. It also included how one might increase conversion rates.

Dinner Ladies
An energetic entry into the London events scene, Dinner Ladies are a London based caterer, led by women and focusing on keeping women in the industry. I am working with them to secure new venues into their portfolio, along with sole contracts, which so far have included Apothecaries’ Hall within the Square Mile, St Alban’s Cathedral and the Foundling Museum, London.

The Mermaid, London
A busy conference centre within the City of London, boasting an excellent purpose-built tiered seating auditorium. I joined the Mermaid as Commercial Director leading the team to financial top line success and front-line increase in hospitality standards.

Tower Bridge
As Head of Development for the Crown Partnership, I devised and implemented a strategic business plan to elevate venue visibility and drive sales—resulting in a revenue increase from £600k to £1.2m over the course of the contract.

Merlin Venues
As a new contract win for Seasoned Events, I devised a sales strategy for our team placed within the venues to increase income and venue profile.

St. John’s Waterloo
Undertaking the project of a business plan for the Church regarding grant application that included a mobilisation marketing plan and introduction of a tender process to market for catering partners.
